    Meet Lady Di (Miss Turry)

Post  Lori in OR on Tue Jun 23, 2009 3:49 pm

Miss Turry joined my collection last week, and I've renamed her Lady Di...Di is short for Diamond (my silly little naming thing - all my BJDs are so far named for gems). Here are my first pictures of her, trying on a couple of different wigs.

Her dress is by Connie at Sweet Creations.

I like her bunches!! I'm glad you posted here as I get the Yahoo daily digest but I hate taking the time to login to Yahoo (because AT&T now uses Yahoo and to access my regular email I gotta log off of that and then login to Yahoo - ugh!)

Anyway, I saw you post on the daily digest but the pics don't show up there. She looks great in that dress too!!

Your Lady Di is very pretty - I like both wigs on her and that dress is really sweet, they contribute to her very feminine look. I like your name selection method - I had planned to name my BJDs all after flowers, but that went out the window as soon as the first one arrived, LOL.

Thanks, Christina! I'm glad you said something about the cross-posting; I'll keep doing it and encourage others to do it, too! You never know who sees what when Smile

Oh, and I just got Di a Reiya wig of her own, I'll have to post pics soon!

    Thank you, Karen!
What are your BJDs names now? I almost did flowers, too, but I couldn't decide which flower fit my first BJD best!
